Meet the Founders
Andrew and Shivani first crossed paths as part of the same Analyst class at BlackRock. In the summer of 2023, they were tapped to co-lead their team’s intern program — and in the process, became close friends.That same summer, Shivani spontaneously booked a warehouse in Brooklyn with the bold idea of throwing a party for all of NYC. She walked over to Andrew’s desk and asked if he wanted in. He said yes — and the rest is history.

Founded in October 2023 as a boutique party collective, Practically Dazed has quickly grown into a full-scale event production, promotion, and hospitality group.
We create high-energy nightlife experiences while investing in the future of hospitality through commercial real estate.
